These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, booking tools, AI receptionist, dashboards, and related services (the "Services") provided by SleakSkin ("SleakSkin", "we", "us"). By using the Services or signing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
SleakSkin builds and maintains websites, online booking flows, and an AI receptionist for local businesses. The specific deliverables, plan, and fees for your account are set out in the plan you select or the order you sign with us.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month unless stated otherwise in your order. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first three months of service, as described at the time of purchase.
You retain ownership of your domain, content, photos, and customer list. We act as a service provider to host and operate them on your behalf. If you leave, we will return a copy of your content and customer data on request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you give us to publish.
You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications, to violate the rights of others, or to breach any applicable telecom, privacy, or anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the messages and scripts you approve for the AI receptionist.
The Services integrate with third-party tools (for example calendar, booking, telephony, and analytics providers). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleakSkin disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
