Return & Exchange Policy – SleakSkin

At SleakSkin, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if you experience any issues with your order, please review the following policy.

General Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns/exchanges. Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Clearance/final sale items, intimate products (underwear, thongs, bikinis), customized orders, and gift cardsare non-returnable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at operations@sleakskin.com (or via WhatsApp) +447506272128 within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. You will receive a questionnaire form by email. Complete and return it to us.

  3. If approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return instructions.

  4. Use the original shipping box and packaging materials where possible. Remove or cover the old shipping label.

  5. Print and include the questionnaire and your return receipt inside the package.

  6. Ship your package using a trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc.). Keep your tracking number for records.

⏳ Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return package arrives at our warehouse for inspection and processing.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at operations@sleakskin.com.

Exchanges

  • Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Contact us within 3–7 days of receipt with photos of the defective item.

  • If approved, we may:

    • Send a replacement with your next order, or

    • Offer a discount/partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • In some cases, defective items may need to be returned for inspection.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with thread residue, slight fading, or minor color differences due to production batches

  • Orders received after the 7-day window

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Intimate products (underwear, thongs, bikinis)

International Returns & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred when sending returns back to origin.

  • SleakSkin is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if a non-trackable shipping method is used.

Notice

For cases outside the scope of this return/exchange service, we may offer discounts or special policies on future orders to resolve the matter fairly.
