SleakSkin is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy – SleakSkin

At SleakSkin, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if you experience any issues with your order, please review the following policy.

General Policy

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns/exchanges. Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Clearance/final sale items, intimate products (underwear, thongs, bikinis), customized orders, and gift cardsare non-returnable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at operations@sleakskin.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and reason.

  2. You’ll receive a questionnaire form by email. Complete and return it.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.

  4. Use the original shipping box/packaging where possible. Remove or cover the old shipping label.

  5. Include the questionnaire and your return receipt inside the package.

  6. Ship using a trackable courier (FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc.). Keep your tracking number.

⏳ Allow up to 14 business days from the time your return package arrives for processing.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks/credit providers may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at operations@sleakskin.com.

Exchanges

  • Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or equal-value product (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Report within 3–7 days of receipt with photos.

  • Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Send a replacement,

    • Provide a discount/partial refund, or

    • Request the item to be returned for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered products.

  • Minor production differences (thread residue, slight fading, color differences).

  • Orders outside the 7-day return window.

  • Intimate products, clearance/final sale items, or customized orders.

International Returns & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees when sending returns to our warehouse.

  • SleakSkin is not responsible for lost/damaged items if sent via a non-trackable courier.
